Originally from Arizona, Doug has lived in Los Angeles more than 15 years. Over the past 4 years, Doug has been on a quest to bring health, fitness, and wellness to a greater level of excellence thru pilates. These techniques have increased Doug's overall performance to heights previously unknown even for him. With great confidence Doug is ready to share these practices and knowledge with you and others.

Hilary Malloy is a Certified Meditation Coach, Reiki Energy Healer & Intuitive Healer. Trained at the School of Intuitive Greater Healing, Reiki Usui System of Natural Healing & Mindfulness Based Meditation. She is a Four-year Graduate of UCLA, with a major in History. She was also a Division 1 Volleyball Player at UCLA. She is the Lead Meditation Instructor at Larchmont Meditate, where she also has a private Healing Arts Practice, including being certified in Reiki & Intuitive Healing. For the past 10 years, Meditation & Energy Healing has served both her business & personal live’s, and she is passionate about spreading it to the community she feels so grateful to have been raised.

Dr. Kyle Burton got his start with an Internship at the UCLA Arthur Ashe Medical Center and Los Angeles Free Clinic. The two time valedictorian received his Masters at Emperor’s College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and his Doctorate at Yo San University where he specialized in Healthy Aging and Longevity. In 2006, he opened Original Breath Acupuncture, his private practice serving clients in West Hollywood and downtown Los Angeles.
A stretch session with Jordan is a hybrid of GTO stimulation, AIS and PNS stretching. The goal of the session is to find the dysfunction that may be causing discomfort or altered biomechanics and alleviate it. First we will identify where adhesions, overactive mucscles and other dysfunctions may be. Use percussion therapy to stimulate the GTO of the muscles to calm the over activity and flush any build up of lactic acid. Now that the problem area is now maluble and relaxed to the point of being able to be lengthened we begin to stretch. Using AIS and PNS we are able to take the shortened and overactive muscles and put them back to their natural length and induce the correct amount of tension in that area. This will allow for the body to function more naturally and with less pain. A law of muscles is it will always align its self around trauma, now we get a chance to realign it around relief.

Jordan Tisdale is very excited to be a part of the dr Pilates new stretching program starting very soon! Jordan has been a Corrective exercise and Performance Enchancment Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 2009 and 11. being a Corrective Specialist Jordan has felt with various injuries and wanted to do more to be able to help the rehabilitation process. In 2016 Jordan began for study PNS and AIS stretching techniques through Dr. Rick Richey and Sean Snapp. Jordans approach to the body comes from the roots of corrective excercise, finding dysfunctions and providing awareness of these areas. With the correct balance Percussuion therapy and various stretches, Jordan will help the body operate more balanced, strengthened, and relaxed.
